comfortable stay but parking chaos
The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety of choices that were delicious and well-prepared.
Parking was pretty busy, and we struggled to find a space in the car park.

enjoy stunning views and easy access to portrush's gems
I loved the incredible cooked Irish breakfast each morning, and the views of the stormy ocean were simply breathtaking, making it the perfect start to my daily strolls through the charming town and along the beautiful Whiterocks Beach just a few steps away. the hotel also features large, comfortable rooms that make for a great stay during your explorations. but parking can be a challenge, as the hotel has limited spaces available.

Pretty good overall!
Been here a few times and generally loved it! The room was clean and cozy, but the breakfast could've been better—wasn't warm enough. got asked for our room card at breakfast unexpectedly and it created confusion. The staff was super friendly though, and the bar area was nice for a chill evening.

The beautiful ocean views and spacious rooms were definitely highlights. the dining experience fell short with poor service and below-average food. The hotel could use some updates but remains in a great location, making it an okay choice for a short getaway.

What a fab spot! The location is super central, and my room was delightfully clean, warm, and comfy—perfect for a nap after exploring. Was also shocked to find everything I needed right there!
But honestly, the hotel felt like a sauna without air con. I could've baked cookies in my room! A fan is great but doesn’t replace fresh air!

We had a fantastic night here, enjoying the spacious twin room with a breathtaking sea view and the cozy bar's warm atmosphere. There are some lovely spots to unwind by the water, making it a perfect getaway. The only bummer was the bathroom could use a little more attention, but it didn't ruin our fun! 🌊

I love staying at the atlantic. my previous visit was enjoyable, but this one exceeded my expectations on a budget. the room was comfiest and quieter. The staff went above and beyond to help. the location, with easy access to the beach and local shops, made my stay really relaxing.
restaurant was closed during the week.

missingWrote a review on May 23delicious local seafoodgluten-free breakfasthelpful staffdated decorpoor bar service
Dive into the culinary marvels of Portrush, especially at nearby gems like Ramore and Adelphi Bistro, where the seafood is fresher than a morning surf! The hotel staff really nailed the gluten-free breakfast, making my stay all the more enjoyable!
The bar experience could've used a bit of polish—had a right kerfuffle trying to get a decent pint! Plus, the dated touches in the room, like worn carpets and a bit of mold, were a tad off-putting but didn’t ruin the vibe.

missingWrote a review on Apr 26convenient locationcomfortable roomlimited dining optionspoor servicelack of lunch menu
A convenient location with handy parking made this stay enjoyable. The double room, while basic, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a self-service format with a variety of options, though a lunch menu would have been appreciated as the only option available at the restaurant was the dinner menu. I left feeling satisfied with the accommodations but disappointed by the dining limitations.
